Going all the way back to Saturday:
Hanging out with Seanskee.

Silly boy. He pushed and pulled himself (with his legs/ feet) around in his Tonka truck.

And just for fun here is a collage of my kids sitting in/ on cars:

Sunday:
giggles at bedtime

Monday:
I hit up the local kids resale shop and found these for Kayla.
Ralph Lauren dress $14
OshKosh B' gosh onesie $3
Old Navy Skirt $6
And a fuzzi bunz diaper for $8! adding just one more cloth diaper to the rotation is helpful! (Not everyone recommends buying used cloth diapers because previous baby could have had funky diaper rash/ fungus, but were taking our chances here)

We got home well past lunch time so quickie food was in order. And a little Thomas the Train viewing for being a good boy while out and about.

I'm pretty proud of the fact that I get both kiddos to nap at the same time. Sean naps once a day for about two hours and Kayla's long nap is at the same time as Sean's. So Monday I worked on a sewing project!

Tuesday:
Sean played at a friends while Kayla and I ran errands and shopped.
We went to the mall to get batteries replaced in dad's watches and found ourselves at Forever XXI. No more Gap or Express for me. I like gap clothes but too $$$, and express has too much glitter/ tight/ cleavage clothes. ( no offense if Express is your fav, heh heh* awkward laugh* :/) Some people may feel being over the age of 21 is too old to shop at Forever XXI, but not this gal. Their selection is a little overwhelming at times but the price is right!

After picking Sean up the rain came down hard. Trying to shuffle two inside the house in rain ( with no gutter to catch rain spilling off roof into walk-way) was daunting, so we tried to wait it out. Dad pulled up in the driveway just as someone was anxiously wanting out of their car seat! Yay!
The rest of Tuesday night we were singing "forever young" repeatedly. You know " forever young, i want to be forever young, do you really want to live forever, forever, forever" sang in a sexy falsetto voice, by Thomas.
That night We taught Sean to walk on Daddy's back! Good boy!

Thursday:
In the morning I did a few lessons/ activities from a Pre-schoolers book we got from Mardel's Christian book store. I have to adapt the lessons to what we have on hand. This lesson called for putting items in colored boxes but construction paper worked for us. And I added green cause Sean is smart like that :D

There was also an activity of putting lids on containers so I just pulled down some various tupperware.

A friend of ours gave us a children's bible and Sean brought it to me. It's thicker than his other two bibles and has longer stories, which is nice.

Hello shadow. Makes me think of peter pan sewing his shadow to his toes.

Friday:
Low key morning of playing and being silly.

That's our week! Have a good weekend!!
